Dale Cover, President, RSTI “Digital Mammography & FFDM QC” Dale Cover joined RSTI in 1990. In his 26 years with RSTI he has held positions as Lab Instructor, Technical Instructor, Senior Instructor and Training Manager. He served as VP and Director of Training from 2009-2013. In January 2013, Dale was promoted to position of President. Prior to coming to RSTI, Dale worked as Chief of Technical Operations for a start-up wireless cable company. Dale also served in the US Army for 8 years in the field of Satellite Systems repair. Other electronics experience includes Field Service with Picker International and Satellite Assembly and Testing with TRW. Dale received his electronics training in the US Army as well as leadership, equipment maintenance management, instructor and personnel management training. Dale has been a Certified Radiological Equipment Specialist (CRES#170) and is a Partner at RSTI. Additionally, Dale serves as a current member of the RSTI Board of Directors. |

Tom Buck, President Hawkeye Biomedical "Tissue Processors" Tom Buck is the president of Hawkeye Biomedical. He has been in the medical equipment repair business since 1978 when he started as an entry level BMET at Mercy Hospital in Council Bluffs. He has managed two Bio-Med departments; one in Pueblo, Colorado and one in Amarillo, Texas. In 1990 he decided to go into field service, specializing in Histology equipment. Tom was a senior field engineer for Thermo for 11 years before starting Hawkeye Biomedical in 2001. |

Jim Pytlik & Jennifer Daniel "OR Cockpit" Jim joined Skytron in 2013 as its Director of Technology Products. Prior to coming to Skytron, Jim owned a school supply distributorship and chain of multi-focused Hallmark Gold Crown stores. In addition, Jim spent more than a decade in various Brand Management and Commercial Lending roles. He holds a M.B.A in Marketing from Michigan State University and a B.B.A in Finance from Western Michigan University. Jennifer Daniel is Assistant Product Manager at Skytron, LLC., a Healthcare Efficiency Solutions company. In her ten years at Skytron, she has held roles in marketing, corporate accounts and business development. Jennifer’s current focus is in managing Clinical Business Intelligence solutions that promote patient safety or operational efficiency. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Grand Valley State University.

Chris Watson, Technical Support Engineer and Technical Trainer for Technical Prospects “Basic Troubleshooting for Imaging Equipment and the importance of Preventive Maintenance” Chris started out servicing Copier’s for 3M and Xerox for 13 years. He then joined the Navy and spent 8 ½ years working on F-14 Tomcats. After the Navy he spent over 10 years servicing all modalities of Imaging equipment for Siemens. He has a background in Electronics, Hydraulics, and Mechanics. |

Jim Rickner, Training Director for Conquest Imaging "Ultrasound Probes and Portables" Jim has over 20 years of experience working on variety of electronic equipment. His experience includes repairing and operating flight simulators, specialty aircraft avionics, destructive material testing instruments and a variety of ultrasound systems. He has worked for Conquest Imaging over ten years and was the Senior Field Service Engineer prior to becoming the Training Director. Jim has attended all courses offered at Conquest Imaging for GE, Philips, Siemens, and ATL and has repaired a variety of others. He has earned degrees in Electronics, Scientific Analysis and Instructor of Technology. In addition to his degrees, he has attended courses that have allowed him to become a Certified Quality Management Facilitator and a Coach for the Dale Carnegie Course: Effective Communications & Human Relations/Skills for Success. He is an active state board member for the California Medical Instrumentation Association (CMIA). Jim is also the Lead Technical Support Specialist for Conquest Imaging, providing 24/7 technical support for ultrasound to customers nationwide. |

Jesse Fisher "HL7 and how it can relate to DICOM modality worklist." Jesse Fisher received a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University in 1988. His first civilian job was as supervisor of Biomedical Engineering at Downey Community Hospital in Downey California. That beginning and a subsequent job at a radiology PACS company pushed him to later create Binovia Corp. Binovia is a company where IT and biomed skills are blended to provide service from the point of data creation (the patient) through the network, and ultimately to the EMR. These services include: Ø Medical equipment maintenance and repair Ø Image transmission and backup Ø Network administration, maintenance, and expansion Ø PACS integration, hosting, and administration Ø File backup Ø VPN configuration Ø HL7 configuration and integration Ø RIS hosting and integration Ø Special projects |

Tim Fonte "CT/FFR" Tim has over 12 years of start-up experience developing and commercializing innovative medical devices and software. He currently serves as HeartFlow's Vice President of Customer Success, helping customers maximize the potential of HeartFlow’s technology to provide non-invasive blood flow analysis for aiding physicians in diagnosis and treatment planning of coronary artery disease. He joined HeartFlow in 2010 and held various leadership positions to create HeartFlow’s core technology, methods, clinical data, and service. Previously, Tim led mechanical R&D at Cameron Health (acquired by Boston Scientific), helping bring the world’s first minimally invasive S-ICD from development to early commercial use. Tim's experience with HeartFlow’s core technology started when he was a researcher at Stanford’s Cardiovascular Biomechanics Research Lab, developing methods to simulate blood flow from MRI and CT data. Tim also co-founded a startup to develop custom-fit medical products, and he holds 40 awarded patents. He received his B.S in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his M.S in Engineering from Stanford University |
